Buying
Once you retain our services, we will obtain all relevant information from you,
review the Contract of Purchase and Sale for any potential legal problems, review
the Disclosure Statement, review your Mortgage Commitment, obtain and review
an initial title search, tax information and strata information, if applicable. We will
report our findings to you and obtain your instructions.
We will prepare all documents necessary to complete the purchase, including title
transfer, mortgage, Property Transfer Tax form and Statements of Adjustments and
we will provide the documents to the seller’s lawyer or notary for execution. We will
meet with you before the closing date, at which time, you will sign all the
documents and deliver the balance of funds.
We will register all the necessary documents on the closing date, obtain a postregistration
search and contact you once the purchase has completed. We will provide you with a final report.
Throughout this process, we will be looking out for your best interest and will
inform you, advise you and obtain your instructions should any legal issues arise.
