Refinancing

Once you retain our services, we will obtain all relevant information from you, including details of any mortgages, other charges or third party creditors to be paid out with the refinancing and obtain a title search and tax information. We will report our findings to you and obtain your instructions.

We will prepare all the necessary documents for the refinancing, including the mortgage document and Order to Pay which provides for the disbursement of the refinancing proceeds after the payout of any mortgages, other charges or third party creditors. We will register the mortgage, obtain funds from the lender, payout any existing creditors according to the Order to Pay and arrange for the deposit or pick-up of proceeds. We will provide you with a final report.
